A new type of flame retardant FC-5- three oxidation two antimony substitute

Product introduction:

The nano scale flame retardant synergist FC5 is made of aluminum silicate, with synergistic

 flame retardancy and auxiliary dropping effect, and the appearance is white powder. The

 product is applied in halogen-antimony flame retardant system, which can effectively replace 

the amount of three oxidation and two antimony, improve the oxygen index of the material,

 and improve the overall performance of the polymer after replacement, which is good for 

improving the burning test of the material. This product has been applied for patent and 

approved by the SGS of the EU ROHS directive. This product does not contain polybrominated 

PBBs, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and heavy metals.

Flame retardancy mechanism:

(1) the mechanism of gas-phase flame retardance: the active components of metal ions and

 halogenated flame retardants in this product play an important role in increasing halogenated

 hydrogen and releasing more effective flame inhibitors -- metal halides. It was observed under 

a microscope that the metal compounds in this material changed the appearance of carbon,

 making it bright and free from cracks. These changes can make the carbon layer have better 

insulation and improve the flame retardancy.

(two) in the process of flame retardancy, the heat absorption is large, which helps to reduce

 the high temperature produced during combustion. A lot of experiments and applications have

 proved that the mixed flame retardant effect of this product and bromine antimony is better 

than that of pure bromide and antimony, and its mechanical properties are improved, the 

oxygen index is increased, and the droplet property is reduced.



Use Description:

This product is mainly used in modified engineering plastics such as PA, PBT, PET, PP, PE, 

ABS, PS, PVC, wire and cable materials, rubber, foamed materials, wire materials, coatings 

and many other industries.

This product is added to the material to replace the proportion reference table:

Flame retardant material ten bromo two phenyl ethane three oxidized two antimony

 (before adding FC5%) three oxidized two antimony (plus FC5% later) synergistic flame

 retardant FC5 (%) can replace the proportion of flame retardant grade UL-94.

Packing and transportation:

This product is packed with paper plastic composite paper bags, 25KG/ package, shipped
