N-35/A melamine polyphosphate MPOP is composed of melamine and five oxidation 

two phosphine polyphosphoric acid. It is an intumescent flame retardant, mainly nitrogen,

 phosphorus and carbon as the core component. The system itself has a synergistic

 effect, and there is no need to add other synergist. It has good compatibility in 

polypropylene, polyethylene and other plastics, and has little influence on the mechanical

 properties of plastics. Meanwhile, it has excellent processing stability in processing.

The flame retardant is made up of three parts: carbon source (carbon forming agent),

 acid source (dehydrating agent) and gas source (foaming agent). Therefore, when burning,

 (1) a compact carbon layer is produced, which can heat insulation and isolate air to achieve

 the purpose of flame-retardant. (2) the heat release of CO2, NH3, N2 gas and H2O

 reduces the oxygen in the air and the combustible gas produced by the thermal

 decomposition of the polymer. (3) the heat generated up to absorb large quantities 

of H PO free radical and HO free radicals, thereby preventing the combustion process,

 combustion process of adding the flame retardant plastics, and achieve the purpose of

 flame retardant by generating dense carbon layer expansion can insulate heat insulate air,

 with smoke suppression and anti drop until the efficacy. Therefore, the amount of smoke

Usage method
1, in PP, it is suggested that the amount of 25-30% be added to the UL94V-0 level.
2. When PP, PE and EVA plastics are used directly, there is no need to add other synergist.

 air is achieved through the expanded carbon layer which produces a dense speech, and

 no toxic smoke such as hydrogen halide gas will be produced.

Precautions for operation

Calcium carbonate can not be added, and the addition of other inorganic filler should be

 carefully evaluated in order to avoid the influence of the structure of the carbon layer

 and influence the effect of the alkene resistance.
