Magnesium hydroxide is a kind of new filling type environmental friendly flame retardant,

 through thermal decomposition released when combined with water, absorb a lot of heat,

 to reduce the surface temperature of the synthetic material filled in the flame, with inhibition

 of polymer decomposition and cooling of the combustible gas generated by the action.

 Magnesium Oxide, which is decomposed, is also a good refractory material. It can also improve 

the fire resistance of synthetic materials, and at the same time, the steam released from it

 can also be used as a smoke suppressant. Magnesium hydroxide is recognized as an excellent

 flame retardant with three functions of flame retardancy, smoke suppression and filling in

 rubber and plastic industry. It is widely used in rubber, chemical, building materials, plastics 

and electronic, unsaturated polyester and paint, paint and other polymer materials. Especially

 for mine air duct coated cloth, PVC whole core flame retardant conveyor belt, aluminum plate,

 flame retardant tarpaulin, PVC wire and cable, mine cable sheath, cable accessories, antistatic 

and flame retardant, can replace aluminum hydroxide, has excellent flame retardant effect. 

Compared with the similar inorganic flame retardants, magnesium hydroxide has better smoke

 suppression effect. Magnesium hydroxide has no harmful substances in the process of production,

 use and waste, and it can also neutralize the acid and corrosive gases produced during the

 combustion process.  It has good compatibility with base resin. It is excellent flame retardant for

 thermoplastic resin and rubber products. Adhesives are often used as additive flame retardants

 or flame retardant fillers. Industry for the manufacture of magnesium salt, the activity of Magnesium
