Product introduction:
BDP is a halogen-free flame retardant which belongs to the series of low polymerized phosphate. It is based on bisphenol A and diphosphate as monomers.
BDP is especially suitable for engineering alloy resin used in electrical and electronic accessories, including the PC/APS and PPO-PPE/HIPS. according to the fire safety standards, compared with the common usage of BDP is about 8 to 18 phr. and other brominated flame retardants, BDP does not require any synergist (usually antimony oxide), so it has good cycle ability. In addition good, low volatility and thermal stability of the production process in most engineering thermoplastic resin.

Purpose: BDP is a halogen-free phosphate flame retardant. It has the advantages of low volatility, excellent hydrolysis stability and thermal stability. It can be used as flame retardant plasticizer for PC/ABS and PPO/HIPS engineering plastics. It can also be used as a flame retardant plasticizer for high thermal stability of PVC.
