Additive type flame retardant used for epoxy resin.  Phosphanoid cyclic phosphate is an organophosphorus heterocyclic compound. With high thermal stability, antioxidation and excellent water resistance, it is a reactive and additive flame retardant. It is mainly used for polyester fiber, polyurethane foam, thermosetting tree ester and adhesive. Because the flame retardant has phosphorus - carbon bond, the flame retardancy is better than that of the common phosphate. In particular, epoxy resin is used as an electrical insulation material. The sealing materials used for semiconductor materials require electrical insulation, low volatility and low pollution. ABS has good compatibility and flame retardant transparent plastic after adding.
