Product introduction
TZ-CFA935 is a new type of high efficient halogen-free flame retardant based on the special macromolecule three azine structure. It is a halogen-free flame retardant with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant. It is specially designed for TPE, PE, EVA and polyolefin system to provide carbon source and acid source ADP compound, so as to reduce the amount of phosphonate and other high end polyolefin flame retardants. The 935 carbon containing source plays the flame retardancy by the expansion mechanism. TZ-CFA935 does not contain the ingredients of poly ammonium phosphate, extrusion process without hydroplaning, especially suitable for two ethyl phosphinate flame retardant system, in the absence of PPO, can achieve very good flame retardant effect.

Matters needing attention
(1) the thermal decomposition temperature of TZ-CFA935 in nitrogen is 280 C, and the processing temperature is controlled at 190-200 degrees. The twin screw processing temperature can be adjusted according to the specific circumstances to enhance the decomposition and improve the plasticizing effect. A few layers of screen can be added during the extrusion process. In the process of twin screw extruding, a certain degree of vacuum must be maintained.
(2) the substances which have adverse effects on flame retardancy in the system: C1- color powder such as phthalocyanine green can cause the failure of flame retardant. The use of carbon black will reduce the flame retardancy, and it is necessary to increase the amount of the flame retardant.
(3) TZ-CFA is acidic, when processing, please use the processing machinery with acid resistance.
Storage and use
TZ-CFA935 products are packed with aluminum and plastic, with a net weight of 20 + 0.2kg per package. Transport according to the general chemicals, stored in the dry and cool place, to avoid direct sunlight. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated storeroom, after long storage, when the damaged products are used, it should be at 90-110 degrees C and dry for 2-4 hours.
