PP flame retardants combined with DMDPB

Product introduction
Carbon based polymer flame retardant synergist 2,3- -2,3- two methyl two phenyl butane (DMDPB), and Interox-CCDOF (German S.R.L. company), Nofmer BC (Ube Chemical Corporation), Perkadox 30 (AKEON.V) and other commodity name. It can be used as synergistic synergist for polymer fire retardant, crosslinking, graft copolymerization catalyst and engineering plastic modifier.
Kupffer is a carbon initiator, which is mainly used for polymer crosslinking or grafting reaction at higher temperature. Since the initiator does not contain oxygen, polymer has strong anti-aging and antioxidant capacity after processing. DMDPB has high stability and safety in comparison with the general free radical initiators such as peroxide and azo.

purpose
As a synergistic synergistic agent for fire retardancy and flame retardance of polyolefin plastics, combined drying can replace three oxidation and two antimony in bromine flame retardant system, increase the flame retardance effect, reduce the amount of flame retardants, and increase the physical and mechanical properties of plastics.
It can be used in a variety of plastics and can be used as a synergistic flame retardant in antimony bromide and halogen-free flame retardant systems. This product has high heat resistance and can be used in engineering plastics at high processing temperature. Its non-toxic, smoke suppressing and low cost characteristics are popular additive flame retardants. The amount of flame retardants can be reduced by 1/3 at most.


Amount of addition
Blight is mainly used for fireproof and flame retardancy of polyolefin. Such as adding 1.6% 0.2%Sb2o3 of iodobenzene and PP, adding 0.2% DMDPB as synergist, product oxygen index is 25.5; if not, the oxygen index is 19.5. For example, adding 0.3% to 0.5% organic bromide and adding 0.3% DMDPB to the polystyrene, the flame extinction time of the product is less than 3S, and if the product is not added, the product will be completely burned. Therefore, it is obvious that the fire retardant and flame retardancy of DMDPB is increased.
In the HIPS formulation, 30-AZ is completely replaced by three oxidation and two stibium. When the same flame retardant effect is achieved, the bromine flame retardant dosage in the DMDPB formula is reduced by 50% compared with that in the original, while the amount of DMDPB itself is three, which is 40% of oxidized two sb.
