Product introduction:
TZ-100 red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch is high-quality phosphorus as raw materials, using nylon resin as carrier, to solve the ordinary red phosphorus easy absorption of moisture, bad compatibility with polymer, the flame retardant masterbatch for PA series enhanced products. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, small amount of addition, convenient operation and so on. The flame retardant PA series produced by this masterbatch has excellent physical and mechanical properties, especially higher resistance to leakage trace index (CTI) value, and no flame retardant migration.


Usage method：
Red phosphorus masterbatch used for flame retardant plastics, rubber and other general polyolefin, lack of oxygen element material, the best matched with magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide; flame retardant for PET, PC, PBT, PA and other oxygen rich materials, can be used alone.


TZ-100 features:

The carrier used in this product is a new resin, and it is absolutely guaranteed in the environmental protection and stability of the product! While the market common carrier red phosphorus masterbatch is recycling material. The quality of the recycled materials is different from each batch. It is difficult to stabilize the impurities such as metal, halogen flame retardant and so on, especially in environmental protection. This product is environmentally friendly and non halogen meets the requirements of ROHS.
