Product description
HG90 is a kaolin washed by silane activation. It is used for spray drying, bead like (aqueous aluminum silicate), nylon reinforced kaolin and synergistic flame retardant kaolin. The average particle size of kaolin Polyfil HG 90 is only 0.2UM. As an ultra-fine powder, it can be used for general engineering plastics, such as nylon and PP, POM, etc., which can obviously reduce the cost. Polyfil HG90 added three oxidation two antimony, which can replace 30-40% reasonably, as a synergistic agent for flame retardants. The cost performance is very high, because the particle size of products is very thin, and the volume of filler increases, and the physical property change of plastics is relatively small.
