Use:
Phosphanoid cyclic phosphate is an organophosphorus heterocyclic compound. With high thermal stability, antioxidation and excellent water resistance, it is a reactive and additive flame retardant. It is mainly used for polyester fiber, polyurethane foam, thermosetting tree ester and adhesive. Because the flame retardant has phosphorus - carbon bond, the flame retardancy is better than that of the common phosphate. Foreign countries have been widely used in the flame retardancy of plastics, copper lining, circuit boards and other materials used in electronic equipment.


Application areas:
1. Reactive flame retardant used for epoxy resin.
The reaction of DOP with epichlorohydrin and then reacted with hydroquinone, especially epoxy resin as electrical insulating materials, semiconductor materials used in sealing material, requirements for electrical insulation, low volatility, low pollution, ABS, has good compatibility, transparent plastic after adding flame retardant


2, colouring inhibitor
ABS, AS, PP, PS, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, alkyd resin, the color caused by heat generated by surfactants, coloring caused by light and heat, and DOP added to prevent coloring.


3. A new type of flame retardant was synthesized.
DOPO contains active O=P-H bonds. It has high addition activity to alkenes, epoxy bonds and carbonyl groups, and can react to form various derivatives. Meanwhile, it has synergistic flame retardancy with nitrogen, silicon and other elements, and the effect is excellent.
