Product introduction
ADK STAB FP-2200 is a new type of halogen-free phosphorus flame retardant, which is mainly used for polyolefin. ADK STAB FP-2200 gives polyolefin excellent flame retardancy, low density, high mechanical properties and so on. ADK STAB FP-2200 and thermoplastic phase, exhibit superior stability and processing. It is recommended for polypropylene polymer PP-H, elastomer, polypropylene block copolymer (PP-B), high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and other resins.

Characteristic
Adding 18-20%FP-2200 in the PP material and using the small amount of PTFE can give play to the excellent flame retardancy and reach the UL-94/V-0 standard. Therefore, compared with the inorganic magnesium hydroxide flame retardant, it has the advantages of small addition, low density and improving the mechanical properties of the polymer.
Excellent thermal stability and processing performance.
Recommended processing molding conditions
It is recommended at 250 degrees for processing (extrusion and injection molding).
FP-2200 is acidic, please use a processing machine with acid resistance.

Smoke test (adding PP-B of FP-2200)
The smoke value of PP-B added with FP-2200 is lower than that of PP added brominated flame retardants. Compared with PP added with magnesium hydroxide, the smoke value is almost the same, but the amount of added tobacco is much less.
The effect of flame retardancy in PP
Adding 18% components to PP-B and with 0.2% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) can reach UL-94 V-O.
Because of the low filling amount, it has the following characteristics compared with the other series of flame retardants.

- improve mechanical performance (e.g. Tensile properties, HDT, etc.)
